The issue we’re facing is unfortunately more complex than previously expected.
To give you more details on what happened, one of our server where some databases are stored has crashed and the replication service failed as well. This highly improbable combination of circumstances is really unfortunate and as a result some of you are still unable to access their database.

Our technical team has been working hard to restore the service since yesterday but this kind of operations are sensitive and take time.
We have decided to move the impacted databases on our other severs but as you can imagine we’re talking about a huge volume of data here.

With that being said, we’re hoping to restore access this afternoon as we know most of you rely strongly on Digimind for your daily work.

We have been able to identify the root cause : there is a technical issue on one of our server, our team is working hard to get the access back, we will let you know as soon as we have more information on the delay.

Meanwhile, note that Newsletters and Watchlists are not sent, and the API is not reachable.
