Good news ! Historical requests are available again in your Digimind Social platforms !

Please note that because many of you might want to launch some requests it might take a bit more time than usual to process the retrievals at first. If yours are not urgent we recommend waiting for a few days.

Following unannounced changes on Twitter’s side, our current capability to retrieve tweets for your Historical Data requests has been greatly impacted. Because historical data requests are largely based on Twitter, we’re experiencing low volumes at the moment.

We are currently investigating to find a solution, but it might take some time, unfortunately.
