Dear clients,

The first step of the switchover operation has been carried out with success, you again have access to your validated information, from August 1, 2023 to today.
Newsletters have been reactivated, and you can use the platform as usual.

Sendings that could not be made between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (UTC+1), were made at 7:00 p.m. (UTC+1)

We will keep you informed of the second step which consists of re-displaying the history of your validated information, prior to 08/01/2023

Problem Identified

Dear clients,

The problem encountered since this morning is related to a technical incident on one of our servers allowing the indexing of your validated information.

Despite the efforts of our teams, we were unable to repair the machine in question.

As a result, we are obliged to initiate the switchover procedure on the replicated server which will allow you to access your validated information again.

In order to give you access to your information as quickly as possible, we will first restore access to your validated information from August 1 to today, this operation can be completed by early evening in the best case.

In a second step, we will reindex all of your validated information, so that you can once again access all of your history on your platform.
We are doing everything we can to carry out this plan as soon as possible.

Note that during these operations, Newsletters sending is suspended until the replicated server will be fully operational.

Investigating

Dear Customer,

Unfortunately, the issue is taking longer than expected to be fixed.
As a side effect, Newsletter sendings have been interrupted since 8.00am (UTC+1) but will be sent as soon as the issue will be resolved.
We expect to return to normal within the day .

An issue is currently occuring on with the Validation system, as a result, you can’t validate alerts, or display validated information.
Our R&D team is working on right now and hope to have it fixed very soon
