Migration Notice: Unifying Email Support and Live Chat Systems

To continuously improve your support experience, we are updating our internal ticketing infrastructure.
You are already familiar with Otto, our support assistant powered by Intercom, which currently manages our live chat assistance. To provide you with a more unified and efficient experience, we are migrating our email support system to Intercom as well.

This migration is scheduled to take place next week. We will communicate the exact date to you later this week.
No action is required on your part.

You can continue to use the exact same support email addresses and chat widgets you use today.
All ongoing and historical support conversations will be safely migrated without any disruption to your day-to-day operations.

This upgrade is fully managed by our team to guarantee a smooth transition and continuous support availability and reflects our commitment to providing you with a faster, more unified support experience.
