We confirm that the problem is caused by a technical change on Instagram. We are working with high efforts on overcoming the problems and finding a solution. As the change is significant, we expect a step by step increase of volume within the next days.

Dear customers,

Instagram mentions are not being displayed in your platforms since Midnight (UTC+2).
We’re still investigating the issue as Instagram is also encountering issues on their side : the “explore” function which allows search of #hashtags is currently down.
